Our 'Strong' Small Group Personal Training sessions are high quality and never more than 6 members to 1 coach. Building strength is a vital part of any fitness routine and can help enhance muscle tone, improve balance, reduce the risk of injury and improve overall health. Regular strength training has some less obvious advantages as well, including a host of mental health benefits like reduced symptoms of anxiety and depression.
All memberships start with a body composition, to determine your muscle mass, body fat, resting calorie expenditure and give you nutritional goals.
