About the class

Our Large Group Personal Training is 'Fit'. 45 or 60 minutes of High Intensity Interval Training - HIIT may provide the same health benefits as regular exercise in less time by helping increase calorie burn and reduce body fat, heart rate, and blood pressure. It also helps to improve blood sugar levels and insulin sensitivity.

Class Schedule

All memberships start with a body composition, to determine your muscle mass, body fat, resting calorie expenditure and give you nutritional goals.
